What is Bundlo?
Bundlo is all about surprise and joy. Each bundle is a carefully curated mix of fun, useful, and unexpected goodies designed to make unboxing feel like a mini celebration.
How does it work?
- Pick your bundle: Scribble, TLC, Balance or Deluxe.
- Pick your size: 15 – 35 items (in increments of 5).
- Pick some exciting add-ons: Reveal Video, Deluxe Pick.
- Place your order.
- Wait for your bundle of fun to arrive, then unbox the magic!
How does the Reveal Video work?
If you select this, we will create a personalised video just for you. We’ll film our team selecting your capsules to create your Bundlo. We have a bowl filled with capsules containing the names of all our items in that Bundlo, that will be used to draw the number of items that you have selected. You can choose to receive this video as a direct massage or we can share it on TikTok and Instagram, tagging you in the fun.
What makes each Bundlo different?
We handpick your items, so no Bundlo is ever the same. We also rotate the items we use in the Bundlo regularly to make sure we keep the excitement levels high.
What can I expect in my Bundlo?
Every Bundlo is a surprise. You will receive the number of items you selected in your Bundlo, plus a few bonus items we will select for you. Our team handpicks items, so every unboxing feels exciting and fresh.
Do the items stay the same?
We are always on the lookout for fun and exciting items to include in our Bundlos. This means that the items will be changing to keep the experience exciting and surprising every time.
How often can I order?
You can order as many times as you like! Some customers grab one bundle as a treat; others make it a monthly ritual.
When will I get my Bundlo order?
Get your Bundlo delivered in 3-5 business days for 20 AED. This option applies to both regular Bundlo orders and those with a reveal video. Your video, if selected, will arrive within the same 3-5 business day window.
Do you deliver across the UAE and GCC?
At the moment, we are only shipping within the UAE.
Can I gift a Bundlo?
Absolutely! Bundlo makes the perfect gift for birthdays, thank-yous, or just because. Simply select “gift” at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What if I don’t like something in my Bundlo?
Part of the Bundlo experience is discovering new things. While you might not love every single item, we promise the overall experience will still feel worth it.
How can I get a defective item replaced?
Please email orders@bundlo.ae with a photo of the defective item and your order details.

Shipping FAQ
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only deliver within the UAE, but we will be expanding soon. Watch this space!
How long will my Bundlo take to arrive?
UAE deliveries: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons or due to courier schedules.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your Bundlo is on its way, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Just click and follow your box of happiness!
What if I miss my delivery?
If you’re not home, the courier will try again or contact you to arrange redelivery. Extra charges may apply if the delivery is repeatedly missed.
What if my Bundlo arrives damaged?
Don’t worry — if something arrives broken, just send us photos within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll replace the damaged items at no extra cost.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if your Bundlo hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us right away at orders@bundlo.ae with your order number and new address.
