Welcome to Bundlo! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchases from our store. By accessing or shopping with Bundlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• All products are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors are suspected.
• Prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and may be subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payment
• Payments must be made in full at checkout using the accepted payment methods displayed on the website.
• By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier partner.
• Bundlo is not responsible for courier delays, customs issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
• All sales are final.
• Because of the curated and surprise nature of Bundlo boxes, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
• All electronic items included in Bundlos are tested for quality and functionality before being shipped.
• If any items arrive broken or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged item(s).
• Requests can be e-mailed to:

• Once verified, we will gladly replace the damaged items at no additional cost.
• Requests received after the 3-day window cannot be accommodated.

6. Intellectual Property
• All logos, designs, text, graphics, and images on this website are the property of Bundlo and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site or its content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
• Bundlo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or products.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the replacement value of the purchased product.

8. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
