At Bundlo, every box is carefully curated to bring you fun, surprise, and joy. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds on Bundlo boxes.

1. All Sales Are Final
– Once a Bundlo has been purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
– We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Broken Items
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives with any broken or damaged items:
– Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your Bundlo.
– Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
– We will gladly send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items
– Due to hygiene, safety, and the surprise nature of our boxes, no Bundlo boxes or their contents can be returned.
